Description of products
KJWDZJ-7032A x KJWDZJ-7032B . KJWDZJ7032C is thermoplastic low smoke halogen free flame retardant insulation material. It has excellent mechanical and physical properties and flame retardant properties. The operating temperature of the product is -40°C ~ 90°C, in line with the RoHS directive and REACH regulations. It is suitable for the insulation layer of power cables, communication cables and control cables.

Processing technology
This product processing performance is superior, suitable for extrusion pipe, half extrusion pipe, extrusion die extrusion. The length diameter ratio of extrusion screw is 18~25, the compression ratio is 3:1, the temperature control of each area of the material barrel should have cooling device.
